Qualifications: College degree in engineering, preferably polymer science,job experience in engineering and development and a manufacturing background.RF welding experience a plus. Must be capable of managing a multitude of projects,have strong leadership aptitude,be creative and innovative with strong organizational planning, analytical and communication skills.
